We’re glad you’re interested in becoming part of Sparta First United Methodist Church. Whether you’ve been worshiping with us for a while or are just beginning to call Sparta First home, we’d love to help you take the next step toward membership.
After you submit the form, a member of our church leadership will be in touch with you about next steps.
